CRM 2013 On-Premise SharePoint 2010 On-Premise integration using List component

Hi CRMers,

We are planning to integrate CR 2013 on-premise and SharePoint 2010 on-premise using List Component. 

Here are the question we have regarding integration

1. Our CRM is running under https, but SharePoint is using http only. -- Will this work? If not any workaround!

2. Does all CRM users should be part of SharePoint as users?

2.a if so does users should have privileges of Edit and Contribute? 

3. In SharePoint, I don't have Farm level administrator, just site(sub) administrator only. Because of this I'm unable to see Solutions link under Galleries. So how can we install Listcomponent?
