Client just informed us that they cannot export anymore the views (the excel button disappeared) and the Advanced Finds (the button is disabled). I logged in as sys admin and I have the same problem. It is a CRM 2013 on site. Does anyone encountered this type of issue?
we already checked the business administration tab for privileges and the "export to excel" privilege is already maintained for system admin. Still I am not able to see the export to excel button.
Note : we have recently installed CRM 2013 service pack one , is it due to this new installation.
Kindly suggest any solution for this issue.
