Multiple ADs, Unable to connect to CRM using WCF / Plugin Registration / Login Control Tester

I have on premise version of CRM, with multiple AD's and multiple CRM instances, I added home realm url as well in WCF, Tried with login control tester also,  Still Unable to connect. It shows this error when trying to connect with Login Control Tester.
