Hi All,
I am having an issue on a CRM 2011 deployment whereby a user cannot save a record (custom entity). They are able to edit and save the majority of the records for this custom entity but I've had instances where a few records for a few users that don't allow them to save any changes.
There is no error message when they click on the save button. If we try to save the record with a required field empty, it also doesn't alert us that the field is mandatory and requires data. NOTHING happens.
Can anyone please help me in this issue.
