I hope someone can help me?
All our emails stopped sending from 1am on 23rd April.
I have been deleting completed system jobs to free up space and I don't believe this has caused it (I was using bulk delete on system jobs where completed and no recurring patterns/dates).
The mailbox is now showing as outgoing email status: failure with all emails showing as pending send or failed.
I asked a 365 Global Admin to log in, approve email and then test and enable mailbox but it still says failure.
Does anyone know what can fix this issue?
