Strange problem for one of our users: he do not have My Views for any entity.
He can save new view from Advanced Find and it is appear in My Views, but after he switched to different tab and come back - My Views is not appear again.
Our CRM version: Version 1612 (8.2.2.1458) (DB 8.2.2.1458) online
The issue not related to client computer. I tried on different computers and browsers using same user account.
I already created a case with MS support, but today is already a week they investigating the problem on their side.
Any help will be appreciated!
