I've successfully added the "Dynamics 365 App for Outlook" to my Outlook, but after some research it appears the app behaves differently depending on whether or not the user is on Outlook 2016. Can I still sync contacts between Dynamics 365 and Outlook even though I'm using Outlook 2013? I'm testing contact syncing, so I deleted some contacts that were synced from Dynamics 365 (using the old add-in), but I can't figure out how to reconfigure and re-synchronize the app. How can I get those contacts back and how can I force Outlook to synchronize with Dynamics 365?
