Logged in as Administrator in MS Dynamics 365 Online .Created a new lead entity.In its activities ,selected All Tasks -> Email
Saving or sending Email leads to errors
Record is unavailable dialog occurs.

I am unable to send emails from Lead Entity.However from other entities ,email functionality is working. Please help me to sort out this problem.
I am facing this issue in production.Sandbox seems to work fine.
