Personal Views in Member subgrid in Marketing List

Hi,

I am working on a requirement where i need to create a personal view in contact from other login and create a marketing list in that. Then, i want to run that marketing list from Staging instance using my scheduler.

But, doubt is if i create the list in other instance, how do it be visible in Staging environment? Suggest me possible scenarios for using personal views under member subgrid in marketing list.
