I have a workflow which takes an email regarding a case that gets sent to our support desk and creates a portal comment using the email body as the portal comment description. However, the portal comment that is generated includes all the html from the email. I had a similar issue occur with the case description showing html, which was solved with some javascript put on the onload event.
Does anyone know of a similar solution (whether with javascript or something else) in order to remove the html from the portal comment activity? I am fairly new to all of this, so answers with as much detail and steps are very welcome.
