Email Quick Campaigns causes windows network account lockout

Ever sense I changed my windows network password a few months ago, my network account gets locked after creating an email quick campaign through CRM 2015.  I am the CRM system admin but I do not send out the emails under my CRM user, I associate them with another user.  We have been able to determine that the failed login attempts are originating from our CRM server, we are on premise, but I cannot find where my old credentials might be stored on the server or within the CRM application.  We do have Adxstudio installed but I have not been able to locate any configuration files that contain my network credentials.  I am experiencing no issues with logging into CRM, just that my network accounts gets locked shortly after the emails start being sent out from our exchange server.

We did originally use the email router but later replaced it with outlook integration to our local exchange server.  We also integrated AD with our CRM environment so that we do not have to login to CRM.  All of this was done long before I started experiencing this issue.  I am the only user out of over 100 user that has this issue.  I have gone through all of the browser settings to make sure that their aren't any cached profiles although the failed attempts aren't originating from my local PC.  Any input on where to look would be greatly appreciated.
