After going through the terrible form where you have to re-fill out all the info the MS already has for your account/SA agreement, they finally call, and then they tell me that they are only the online team. Now, I have to go through all that rigmarole to fill out yet another ticket for on-prem, but ... I have to call in, or use a link they are sending me in email. According to them, "There is no other way to do a trouble ticket for Dynamics 365 on-premises through the OAS site. Idiocy!
