Hi all,
I created a PowerBI dashboard based on CRM data, published and shared that with my colleagues (via Share this dashboard on the PowerBI Service). We all have PowerBI Pro licences. In CRM Online each of us then created a personal dashboard and added the PowerBI dashboard to it, because I could not find a way to add the PowerBI dashboard as a system dashboard.
Well, most of my colleagues could select and add the PowerBI dashboard in CRM Online easily. Some of them have an authentication issue after selecting the dashboard from the list (see screenshots attached). All necessary sites are trusted sites. As I mentioned above only a few colleagues have this issue. Do you have any idee how I can resolve this? I would appreciate any hint and help!
