i have the same problem But it mixed by security roles and different level of business units. What should i do? i create a form from Order product and after that the order product form does not accept any change even assign a security role or new change in the form Unexpected error will show for that. but the new form that i copied from system main form will show in system security roles and not show in new roles. I got confused!
