Can't get the mail merge button to work on my contacts view Dynamics 365

Hi All,

I am trying to follow the steps below, to add the mail merge button to the contact overview but cant get it to work. The button doesnt work if I click on it !

I got it to work on my contact form, but cant get it to work on contacts overview.

Anyone know the solution ?, thanks in advance !
