How to stop workflow

Hello,

 I created a workflow to send member coupon emails . if the member opt out the workflow should not send the mails to members and i wrote the condition to stop the workflow but it is sending even if member opt out . i am not able to stop the work flow . can any one help me ? here i am attaching the workflow copy
