When importing Phone Calls the Regarding field will not Resolve

When importing a list of phone calls in a CSV file, I can't get the Regarding lookup field to resolve to a Lead and the import returns all errors. (Call To field resolves...)

I've tried using Lead Name and Lead ID (using Leadid to map to regardingobjectid in Phone Call).

**What is the correct way to do this?
