Hi All,
previously we are having issues with our CRM PlugIn.
Colleagues aren't able to click "Convert to" in Outlook becaus the Buttons are greyed out.
If they are tracking a mail the following information pops up: This Email will be tracked in Dynamics365.
But the mail is not in the system.
The funny thing is that if they double click on an e-mail and than try to track and convert the mail it works fine.
Our current CRM Version: 8.2.2.112 Our PlugIn Version: 8.2.0001.0176 Our Outlook Version: 1705
What we tried also so far:
1. Check the security roles in CRM - is Ok.
2. Set Personal Options in Outlook - We have checked the checkbox at "Allow Microsoft Dynamics365 to send email using..." and "Check incoming email in Outlook..." - also OK
3. Checked the Configuration Wizard - also OK
Any other ideas how to solve this issue?
