I have a requirement whereby I need to make sure each step/field in the business process flow is filled before the next field is filled. For eg., there is an Approval Stage with 2 steps for approval by 2 people, whereby the record needs to be approved by Person A and then it should be approved by Person B. So for this, I need to make sure Person B is not able to update his/her field until Person A has updated his/hers. This should include all steps in all stages (if a step in stage 1 is not complete, none of the steps in the subsequent stages should be editable)
I have made all steps 'Required', still am able to randomly edit steps in all stages even though the stage 1 is not complete.
So please let me know how can I give validation checks for each step in the business process flow.
