CRM Ax Integration using Dynamics Standard Connector for AX 2012

Hi,

I have a requirement to integrate MSCRM 2016 Accounts / Contacts with AX 2012. The scenario is as follows:

AX has about 20 companies. CRM has Global contacts which gets created from a Call Centre integration generated from incoming phone calls as ticket. These contacts created should be integrated to specific companies in AX. AX has a mandatory field customization on Customer Group for Area, Street, Block details of Address.

We have tried to configure the Standard Connector for AX Integration and found the following.

1. Customer Group Master data from AX needs to be exported and add as manual in CRM for Account category and map Name column of Customer Category to AX Account Group for connector mapping.
2. Complete organization with shared business unit will be connected to AX single company as integration mapping configuration. Is there any other approach on this ?
A separate service is created for each company in the Connector and we cannot control which service to run based on the company from CRM as it is standard connector. i.e – If we have multiple services configured for different companies, it will create duplicate contact in all configured companies regardless of contact’s actual company
3. Records created irrelevant to business unit in CRM will be created on mapped Company (for eg: company A) in CRMAX connector based on mapped customer group Only. How do we give it for multiple companies ?
We could not find a way to create a contact in Global address list of AX. It could only create contacts in Single company regardless of the actual ownership of customer data specific to company.
4. Contacts mapped with Account /Company in CRM can be inserted to CRM if the account from CRM already exist in Customer of AX.
5. AX CRM integration mapping will support App1:CRM Organization Structure to Single AX Company. Is there any other way apart from this ?
6. The Individual contact from CRM without account/company name Cannot be pushed to AX .AX will accept contact records related to existing customers created in AX. Can we distinguish the contacts on the CRM Contact Form itself as Individuals/Company and then run a workflow creating an Account with the Contact’s Name itself to be pushed to AX ?
7. Integration Mapping Configuration from CRM to AX will not support Child business units cannot be integrated to different companies in AX. But only Parent Business Unit . Hence is there any workaround ?

How can I integrate Contacts from CRM to AX specific to companies ?
