In our Dynamics 365 solution, we are using the two standard apps for Customer Service and Sales. We have changed the app URLs and they seem to work first. But sometimes when you directly surf to Dynamics using the app URL you get an unexpected error message. But if you instead access it via the main dynamics URL and navigate to the app through "My Apps" it seems to work fine. Everytime this occurs I re-publish the app again and the app URL seems to work again, but this is not a sustainable solution for this problem.
Does anyone know a solution for this or have come across this issue?
