We are using Dynamics 365 online and have been rolling out the Dynamics 365 lightweight app for users. Users with Windows 7 have no problems seeing the CRM flyout window when viewing an email in the desktop version of Outlook. However, Windows 10 users see nothing. When they click on the Dynamics 365 button, the flyout window opens, but stops at a blank screen and never does anything else. There is no authentication screen or any type of error. It just stops.
Is there anything specific we should be looking at to correct this?
Any help would be appreciated.
