we are running Dynamics 365 Version 1612 (9.0.0.2136) online Enterprise as CRM. Unfortunately the D365 app for Outlook is still only available as Preview for 9.0 and causes a lot of varying issues for us (changing every couple of days :-( )
Basically, the app is working for us, so we have the sync set up, can create new datasets, etc.
However, whenever we want to search for some entry, the search gets stuck with loading ... and we do not get any results.
As a consequence, E-Mail tracking to a new record is fine (we can even select the right Entity type), but tracking to an existing record (say, add a mail that belongs to an already existing opportunity) does not work.
Any hint would be helpful. Thanks.
