Hard CRM Question for Professional

hi

I need map security between CRM and SharePoint so if the user has permission on record he will has same permission on its files in SharePoint

so I will create plugin in CRM to send the user and his permission to SharePoint

now the question is

I need register this plugin in these cases :

1- assign or share the record to owner team

2- apply new security role in this record

so is it possible to do that
