Print Preview displays source codes in the 'Description' section.

Hello Experts, 

Our Dynamics CRM screen, we have a General section where description of a ticket is entered. 

On print preview, this description section appears with source codes or in HTML format. It seems like a default setting. 

E.g. 

<p>Hello Experts,&nbsp;</p>
<p>Our Dynamics CRM screen, we have a General section where description of a ticket is entered.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On print preview, this description section appears with some form of source codes or HTML format.&nbsp;</p>
<p>e.g.&nbsp;</p>

<p></p>

Is there a way for me to turn of this kind of format ? and print the ticket as is.
