We've recently upgraded to CRM 2016 and we are On-Premise.
Up until CRM 2015, we used to install list component to access the SharePoint document management feature in CRM.
But with CRM 2016 server side integration, I've noticed things changed like no more list component needs to be installed and no folder structure anymore etc.
Regarding my issue, everything was setup well, except that when I get prompt for 'Create folder' and I click 'yes', nothing happens. A folder gets created properly in SharePoint but the grid in CRM shows 'Folder path not configured'.
Upon further troubleshooting and reading through articles, I found that I am not seeing a checkbox for 'Automatically create folders' in my Document Management Settings window. Is this feature only available for online version? Not for On-prem? If so, what could be the reason for my 'Folder path not configured' error in the CRM grid? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
