Apologies if this is a stupid question but I'm new to Dynamics CRM and I have never had this problem before with other CRM systems.
Example:
If you create a new Opportunity and select an Account to associate with the Opportunity when you then go to select the Contact it will return all Contacts and not just the Contacts associated with the Account. Its the same for other areas within the application, I would assume it would only return the associated Contacts for the select Account. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing to change this or would it require customisation?
