Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 RTM configure Queue to receive email for support@domain.com

Hello, we have Dynamics CRM On-Premise and Exchange Online, we are in need to configure one support mail box so any one Inside or Outside of organisation can send email and it will get received in  Queue created in Dynamics CRM with specific  incoming email ID. can any one pass me steps to configure it. 

we can not use Server side Sync as our Exchange server in Online and Dynamics CRM is On-premises and our Version is 2016 RTM which do not support Hybrid Configuration.
