My company has just upgraded to Dynamics 365 9.0 and one of the features I had been told would be available was the ability to create Rich Text format email templates. But I don't see any improvements. I wrote most of my emails in word and then cut/pasted them into 8.2 (i think) and all of the spacing was off. I had hoped to clean them up in 9.0. Does anyone know how to work through the formating? Note, as it is I can't even see the html code behind the template.
