We have been using the Server Side Sync for months now. When it works, it's fabulous. For some reason though, randomly it appears to just stop working. Our guys make items in CRM (contacts, emails, tasks, appointments), and they don't show up in Outlook. Usually, just doing a Test & Enable Mailbox gets it going again, I have no idea why. This latest time though, it hasn't started working. We have rebooted the server, disabled and reenabled mailboxes, there is no blatant error in CRM that I can see. We are hoping to upgrade to 2016 so we can use the sweet Mailbox dashboard I've seen screenshots of. But with 2015 it appears to be missing.
Anyone got any ideas on what to check? It would seem like everything is configured correctly since it DOES work, so I don't think it has anything to do with impersonation or permissions or what have you.
