Can we configure CRM 2016 to be accessible via both HTTP and HTTPs with IFD?

Hi, 

Is there a possibility to configure CRM 2016 on-premise for both HTTP and Internet Facing Deployment deployment (HTTPS) access with ADFS authentication? If yes, I will appreciate if someone can share some useful resources or technical details for this.
