Dynamics CRM 2015 Email Router issue

Hi guys

current email router design is using on-prim Exchange 2013 for incoming profile (EWS) and outgoing (SMTP) same domain and forest, i already migrate my exchange to Online to different forest, i'm configuring new incoming profile using Exchange online EWS authenticated successfully when i test access any mailbox, but i have to use the current outgoing profile using Exchange on-premise SMTP on old forest, the issue is when i test user access from Users,Queues tab, the incoming only success but the outgoing only success after email router service restart but after 1 min stuck in testing like that ( testing.....) is there any required change i have to do i, your quick reply highly appreciated.
