Word Template issue - Dynamics 365

Hi guys,

Based on this link, I created my Word Template:

All seems be good except email activities related to the case entity. The problem that I have encountred is with the "from" field. It is always empty:

I used from, emailsender, emailsendername, fields, but always I have nothing in this field when I generate the document.

Another question about the description field, I found always html tags when I generate the document. Do you know any workaround to avoid this? I tried with Plain Text and with Rich Text, and I have the same result: a description with html tags.
