How do I map Skill from Lead for Resource Scheduling?

Hello,

I enabled the Lead entity for resource scheduling using the steps described here:

I created the following 2 lookup fields in the Lead entity:

Territory (lookup to Territory)

Skill (lookup to Characteristic)

I can map Territory on the Booking Setup Metadata form. However, I do not see the Skill (Characteristic) field on this form for mapping. How do I do this?

I have attached the screenshot of Attribute Mapping.

In addition, when I go to book the Lead, Work Location defaults to "Location Agnostic" and is disabled. I would like to use the Location (Lat/Long) of the Lead for scheduling.
