CRM Server 2011 Installation User Permissions

CRM Server 2011 installation user is having local administrative privileges and also a member of respective Reporting Group in selected OU in AD, still it gives an error on system check wizard like 'The current user does not have required permissions (read/write) for the following Active Directory group: CN=ReportingGroup {xxx-guid-xxx},OU=xx,DC=xx,DC=com'

If I add user to either 'Server Admin' OR 'Domain Admin' group then this issue will gets resolved, but I dont want to assign these permissions to that user.

Please suggest.
