Hi all,
We use Dynamics 365 CRM differently to most I guess in that we sell to individuals so all our Accounts are individual people with unique email addresses.
We have just installed the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook but when we create a new email, add an Account email address and click the Dynamics 365 button it will not find this Account. It will, however, find the odd Contact we have in the system purely for emergency contacts relating to an Account.
Is there any way to change this behaviour so that the email field in the Account is searched for?
