CRM365 On-Premise - Save And New Button - new form Doesn't contain parent values

We are upgrading our CRM2015 On-Premise to CRM365 On-Premise and we are facing an issue with the "Save And Close" button 

on click, it creates a new form as it's meant to, but the new form no longer has any of the parent record information.
