Different audit time using different user accounts/pc

Hi All;

I received an issue from one of my users.. he asked why the time in the audit history different from the actual time.,, in his PC its 7/27/2017 1:39pm in the audit log it says.. 7/27/2017 5:39AM

So I asked for the job order number and checked the audit log and upon checking the time is correct 7/27/2017 1:39pm.. I told him that the audit log is correct.
