I am struggling to figure out the cause of this slowness.
Some PCs and laptop on the same network, sitting in the same room, have different load times accessing our company's online dynamics account on our browsers.
I have even simulated both browser add ons to be the same.
They have the same version of IE as well
On one laptop, CRM loads lightning fast and no issue when clicking buttons.
On the problematic laptop I tested the following:
1. Logged in to the network with my account on laptop A, my CRM account, no performance issues
2., Logged in to the network with another account "Joe" and Joe's CRM account on laptop A, performance issues
3. Logged in to the network with account "Joe" and Joe's CRM account on laptop B, NO performance issues
4. Logged in to the network with account "Joe" using MY account on laptop A, performance issues.
I'm pretty stumped.
Any advice anyone has or had a similar issue?
Some users at our firm are running online CRM at lightning speeds, others is super slow and crashing frequently.
