VOC configuration missing?

Hi,

How can I restore a missing VOC configuration in Dynamics CRM?

I created a copy of an instance and it did not copy the VOC Configuration record. I can recreate the same problem by just deleting the config record in an existing instance.

I can not accept the license agreement in the solution. This gives an error saying the configuration record is missing.

Any help would be appreciated.
