Business process Flow -Hide stages

Hi all,

I am looking for option to show or hide business process flow stages based on a condition. 

I want to hide or show stages based on some condition.Here are the scenarios

Original Stages Available :     Stage 1> Stage 2> Stage 3> Stage 4> Closure.

What i want :                           Stage 1> Stage 4> Closure.

Is there any way to do this ? Elaborate me on how to achieve this.
