We have a workflow that creates/updates a meeting for the designated facility on a custom entity. When I manually build the meeting if I try to book two meetings in the same room an error is thrown that stops this from occurring; however, when the meeting is created or updated by the workflow the conflicting appointment is allowed. When you open the workflow updated/created meeting the conflicted is noted at the top as "XX is not available at this time" but the service calendar shows the two meetings at the same time.
Is there a way to stop this from happening and get the workflow to fail?
