Using Microsoft Dynamics® CRM 2016, I have created a form to display all of the fields relevant to a customer's application (I work for a Franchisor), however some of the fields are in the Application entity, while are others are in the Contact Entity. To display all of the fields, I have created the form in the Application Entity, and have embedded a quick view of the contact fields into the form. It works great. However when I use the Print Preview functionality, all of the fields in the quick view forms disappear. Does anyone know why, or how to fix this issue?
