Hi Guys,
I am completely new to data migration however, from online forums "Kingsway Soft" is well regarded.
At the moment I have two connections in connection manger - CRM2011 (on-premise) and CRM 365 (online).
I believe the next step is configure a source and target...
The burning question I have is...the account entity lookups contact and contact looksup account...how do I decide which to migrate first? Does kingsway soft handle this type of scenario?
Another question, online forums say 5000 max at a time...say you have 10000 records do you run the software twice? Is kingsway smart enough not to select some of the first 5000 records it has already migrated or does this process actually remove the records from the source database??
Sorry if these questions seem really dumb....
Any good online resources that might help me would be well appreciated.
