We installed Update Rollup 4 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 on Server 2012 R2 +Language Pack. After update scrollbars of all Assotiated views of sub-grids are missing in IE (inc. Audit History scrollbar). We know about workaround (select CHART PANE, choose Right. Thank you, badjad! https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/163681?pi51685=2#responses), but we need to fix this asap.
