Default Team - C# - Dynamics 365

Hey,

I have a scenario were we need to retrieve default team of an user, say we have USER A being part of TEAM  A(Default Team) & TEAM  B, now want to retrieve the  TEAM  A alone, how the Default team differs from other teams need suggestions.
