Update Owner filed with Owner's Team Name

When I am importing some records to lead entity, the owner of the records is updated with the person name who has imported, now we need to update this with  person's team name. Say Person A belongs to Team X. Now need to I need update the Owner filed with 'X' and not as 'A'
