When I create an email in CRM and save it, when I return to the email the message is gone. I'm so lost, I've disabled any customizations and turned off any workflows running against the email entity. Any ideas of what is causing this.
This issue was happening at the same time as another issue I had, where I would get a popup stating the Email: LOOKUP CONTROL ERROR: Cannot add item of typename = to the lookup control”. I have since resolved but still having the issue with the disappearing message.
