Rest builder

Hi,

I am imported rest builder tool our crm but  hear showing some output format lile

XMLHTTP jQuery XrmServiceToolkit SDK.REST SDK.JQUERY XrmSvcToolkit

when i create request XMLHTTP and JQUERY is working remaining are not working (disabled mode) i want to work with SDK.REST  how it will work remaining .
