I have been trying to install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 on Windows 2012 server hosted on Azure services. I have installed the prerequisites including SQL Server 2016 on that machine but while installing Dynamics CRM, the installation is failing because it could not connect to SQL Server and SQL Reporting Service. I checked the connection of SQL server and found that it is failing with error "Login Failed for User". I am using Windows Authentication method to log in and have checked that the current user is added to the service manager. I have tried many solutions available online but not able to do so currently. Please help me connect the SQL server so that I could install Dynamics CRM on the platform.
